Chinese Garden is a park in Jurong East, Singapore. This park was built in 1975 by JTC Corporation and designed by Prof. Yuen-chen Yu, an architect from Taiwan. The concept comes from the Chinese garden art. It’s main characteristic is the integration of architecture with the natural surroundings. Chinese Garden is modeled as architecture in the kingdom northern China. The location is next to the Chinese Garden MRT Station and is connected via a bridge to the Japanese Garden. Together with the Japanese Garden, the park are known as Jurong Gardens.
